The Chennai-based home developer XS Real Properties has launched two
major projects - Symphony and VivaCity catering to diverse taste while
being affordable. Spread across 1.96 acres in Helios City, near Padur,

association hall and children’s play area. In addition to this, VivaCity
will have commercial space for setting up departmental stores and other
utilities. During power cuts, the common area and amenities will not be
affected as these places will be powered by diesel gensets.
