After successfully completing the Amrit
Kunj project scheme near Kalwar road in 2010, JDA (Jaipur Development
Authority) is launching another mega housing project near Ajmer road
called “Anand Vihar”. The officials are very much positive on the
success of the project.
The
project is spread across 250 bigha of land and will have 1,510 plots.
The base price of the land will be Rs. 8000 per square feet.
All
the necessary approval has been taken for the housing project. The
project will cover locations like Kaakroda, Pura, Jaisinghpura,
Privthiraj Singh areas and the allotment will be done via lottery system
and auctioning.
Speaking on the
allotment system, the spokesperson said that JDA will allot 1,297 plots
through a lottery system and 213 corner plots will be sold via auction.
The plot size will vary between 45 square metres to 360 square metres.
The scheme will be launched by Chief Minister. Ms. Vasundhara Raje.
JDA
is also involved in taking initiatives like water harvesting/
re-cycling, heritage building conservation and land acquisitions.
